Multiple speakers and interactive tours will be provided to patrons at the event starting on the 18th. It will be the first show to feature tours, which will be conducted only on Saturday. Design courses will be offered as well, thanks to designers from the United States and all over the globe. For designers in the industry, this is the event that will dictate the trends for the upcoming year. Experts hope to lay the foundation for the 2018 design season over the course of this four-day event.

Designers will hope to answer several of the burning questions asked in the last few months. Will the traditional kitchen go the way of the dinosaurs, is the bathroom getting more attention, and will home art make a comeback? Industry leaders and fans of design are all encouraged to take part in the many design workshops that will be offered. The show is sure to be an event to remember as the design field leaps towards another year of advances and innovations.

History Of The Show

The very first show took place in 1999. More than 25,000 Canadians took in the inaugural showcase. With the success of that first show, it became an annual event. The show experienced a rebirth six years ago when the organizer Informa acquired the event. Since the purchase, the interior design show has expanded to epic proportions. Designers from all over the world have made the show the premiere event in the industry. More than half a million fans have attended the interior design shows since its inception.
